Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment. Rescheduling: Appointments moved with more than 48 hours' notice will be transferred to a new date without any penalty. Late Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the service fee and may require upfront payment for future bookings.
