It’s a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to ask questions and receive honest advice about whether this treatment is suitable for you. Please note: Anti-wrinkle treatments are prescription-only medicines in the UK. If you decide to proceed, a separate appointment with a qualified prescriber will be required before any treatment can be carried out. Ideal if you are considering treatment for the first time, would like professional guidance, or prefer to fully understand your options before making a decision.
Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can manage our diary effectively and offer available slots to those on our waiting list, we operate a strict 48-hour rescheduling and cancellation policy. Notice Period: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment. Rescheduling: Appointments moved with more than 48 hours' notice will be transferred to a new date without any penalty. Late Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the service fee and may require upfront payment for future bookings.
