Cancellation Policy

At Storeys Hair & Beauty, we strive to provide a bespoke and dedicated service to every client. To ensure we can manage our diary effectively and offer available slots to those on our waiting list, we operate a strict 48-hour rescheduling and cancellation policy. Notice Period: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment. Rescheduling: Appointments moved with more than 48 hours' notice will be transferred to a new date without any penalty. Late Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the service fee and may require upfront payment for future bookings.
